Of course, the Laguiole knife is even more elegant when it is dressed in a handle that has been chosen from a multitude of wood species, horns, more or less dark shades, or other graphites.

The fly or bee: today, many Laguiole knives also have, instead of the bee (really called the fly here), heads emblematic of hunting such as the head of a boar, a dog, a woodcock or other animals.
