COLISSIMO shipments - France
France: with Colissimo Expert, parcels are delivered in France within 48 hours in complete serenity, anywhere in metropolitan France.
Secure delivery: Tracking and tracing of your parcel on the post office website www.colissimo.fr using the number indicated on your order, in the event of absence, a notice of pending delivery will inform you of the steps to follow to recover it.
COLISSIMO Collection point - Relay point
You can choose the establishment where you wish to have your order delivered (without having to pay your bill at home) from among the 10,000 post offices available throughout France.
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail.
You can then collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
COLISSIMO Expert shipments - International
World: with Colissimo Expert International, your parcel is sent by priority throughout the world within approximately 3 to 4 days. See below

CHRONPOST Point Relai - Collection point
The Pickup network consists of more than 16,000 local shops (bookstores, florists, bars, tobacconists, newspapers) and 400 automatic lockers where you can send or collect your parcels, delivered by Chronopost. Chronopost delivers your parcels the next day before 1pm in Pickup relays in mainland France from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
For certain coastal islands, the delivery time may be extended by one day. For Corsica and the day after public holidays, delivery can be made the same day with no commitment to a delivery time.
GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE: Your documents and goods are delivered from mainland France, including Corsica and Monaco, to
16,000 Pickup relays in mainland France and 500 automatic Pickup lockers.
CHRONOPOST Express - Europe - World
Deliveries in 1, 2, or 3 days throughout the world.

Your parcel is delivered against your signature. If you are absent, a notice of pending delivery will inform you of the steps to take to recover it. If the delivery is unsuccessful, your customer can collect it within 7 days from the post office or branch near his home.
