When the Customer chooses this method of payment, the Site's bank details required to establish the transaction will be communicated to him via the secure server of the online payment solution. If payment is not made within 10 days, the Customer's order will be automatically cancelled.

Invoice
The order form that the Customer draws up online or the order confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer by TSP does not act as an invoice. The Customer has the original invoice in his online account. The invoice is not attached to the package. TSP keeps an electronic copy of each invoice. In the case of a delivery to an address different from the billing address, the invoice is in any case only available in the online order tracking of the Customer's account.
Transfer of ownership
TSP remains the owner of the Products delivered until the definitive and full payment of their Price by the Customer. The above provisions do not prevent the transfer to the Customer, upon receipt of the Products, of the risks of loss or deterioration of the Products subject to retention of title as well as any damage they may cause.
